Organizational Mission:
To care for, rescue and rehabilitate neglected and/or abused horses in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. We rely solely on generous donations from animal (especially horse) lovers. Our staff consists of 5 volunteers/board members for the care of the founding rescue horses.

Best Day in the Life:
Currently we have 4 wonderful horses under our care. One has a foster home and the other 3 will live their final days as a part of the foundation - they deserve it. A great day for us will be when we have our own pasture space and enough funding to rescue more horses. Once rescued, our goal is the rehabilitate and then adopt to wonderful homes in the Roaring Fork Valley.
